Experience
Raquel has over 20 years of experience in the corporate and securities industry. Raquel’s experience focuses primarily in the areas of corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and public and private offerings. Raquel assists public and private companies at various stages of development with corporate entity formation and maintenance, corporate governance and securities regulations compliance matters. She also assists clients in the preparation and filing of 1933 Act and 1934 Act reporting documents, including quarterly and annual public regulatory disclosures required by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and filings with state regulatory authorities and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Additionally, Raquel assists clients in the preparation of proxy statements, helps with the closing of transactions, drafting public offerings of securities, drafting of private placements of securities, and assists publicly-traded companies to join various marketplaces and exchanges including OTC Pink, OTCQB, OTCQX, and NASDAQ.
